Congratulations on your grant award from the Kenosha Community Foundation. As a valued grantee, it is important to review and fulfill several requirements to ensure a successful partnership and proper stewardship of these funds. This page provides the key responsibilities, expectations, and access to all required forms and documents.

Grantee Responsibilities & Resources

1. Submit the KCF Grant Agreement

Before funds can be disbursed, all grant recipients must complete and submit the KCF Grant Agreement form. This form outlines the terms of your grant, including use of funds, recognition of the Foundation, and reporting obligations.

Please complete and submit the agreement as soon as possible to initiate the funding process.

2. Review and Follow KCF Branding Guidelines

Grantees are asked to recognize the Kenosha Community Foundation’s support in all related materials and communications. The KCF Brand Guidelines linked below provide detailed instructions for appropriate logo use, donor recognition, and language to describe the Foundation’s role in your project.

3. Submit a Grant Report

Each grant recipient is required to complete a Grant Report within nine (9) months of the start of the funded project or program. This report allows KCF to evaluate the impact of the grant and share your outcomes with the review committee, donors and our broader community.

4. Share Your Progress and Impact

We encourage grantees to keep us updated on notable milestones, media coverage, research, or new features related to your funded work. We also welcome high-resolution digital photos (at least 1500 x 1000 pixels) that visually represent your impact. Please note, images submitted to our office may be used on the KCF website and social media channels, with credit provided.

If you have any questions or need support during the grant period, please contact our team.
